COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Safety Measures
We would like to reassure you of the steps we have been taking to prepare against the escalation of the virus.
Cleaning - Increased number of hours spent cleaning the inside of our planes and lounge with hospital grade cleaning solutions. We are also practicing spraying and wiping touch surfaces regularly.
Hand sanitizers - Placed in Air Napier Terminal so customers can use before departure or after landing.
Health questionnaire (compulsory) - Everyone who flies with us will be asked a few questions prior to their travels. It may take 1 minute of your time but it benefits everyone's peace of mind and health including you and your travel companions. For your reference, this is how our health questionnaire looks like and you can view it here.
Flight Changes - With the COVID-19 situation changing daily, we're trying to make things as convenient as possible for you and won't be charging penalty fees should there be a need to make changes.
Here's a few things you can do:
Make it a habit to sanitize and wash your hands regularly.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
Regularly clean touch surfaces including your mobile phone.
Cough into your elbows if tissues aren't available.
Stay home if you have any signs of being unwell.
Travel in small groups. If you're flying with us, you can opt to book our 3-seater plane.
