1. BAGGAGE

- Baggage allowance of 20kg per person

- Additional baggage beyond your free allowance will be subject to space/weight availability on the day of travel and will incur an additional charge of $10/kg

3. BOARDING TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time on your E-ticket. It is a New Zealand Aviation Security requirement that you carry your E-ticket when in a security area. We accept no liability if you fail to comply with check-in and boarding times.

4. CANCELLATION

If flight is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, ticket will be transferred to the next available flight.

5. FARE RULES

Changes: No changes are permitted on or before the day of departure.

Refunds: Ticket is non-refundable.

Name Changes: are not permitted.

6. PRIVACY

Air Napier may disclose passenger information collected to government

agencies and departments for the purpose of meeting their requirements.

Disclosures may include the transfer of your personal information between

countries. We also collect passenger information for other travel related

purposes and may disclose certain details to other parties.

7. CARRIAGE HEREUNDER IS SUBJECT TO:

- The provisions of Part II of the Carriage Act 1967 and other applicable laws.

- The Carriage of Goods Act 1979.

- Applicable terms and conditions of the relevant Air Service License

- The provisions contained in this ticket

- The conditions of carriage of the actual carrier which are made hereof and are available for inspection at -the offices of the actual carrier.
